Consultation et échantillonnage : Nous proposons des services de consultation en formulation. Des échantillons de préproduction sont fournis pour évaluation et approbation. Une fois l’échantillon approuvé par écrit par le client, il sert de référence absolue pour la production en série.
Canaux de communication : Toutes les demandes officielles concernant les modifications de commandes, les formulations, les spécifications d’emballage ou les mises à jour de production doivent être soumises via nos canaux de messagerie d’entreprise vérifiés ou nos gestionnaires de compte désignés afin d’en garantir la validité juridique.
Résolution des problèmes : En cas de problème ou d’anomalie, notre service client s’engage à mener une enquête dans les deux jours ouvrables suivant la réception de votre notification écrite. Nous mettons tout en œuvre pour traiter vos demandes de service de manière efficace et à l’amiable.

As a professional skincare manufacturer, we prioritize the confidentiality of your brand secrets and the data safety of your business operations:
Formulation & IP Protection: Any proprietary formulations, unique brand concepts, packaging designs, and intellectual property shared with LANXI are kept under strict confidentiality. We enforce rigorous internal data controls to ensure your custom formulations are never leaked or replicated for other clients.
Data Security & Privacy: We collect necessary corporate information (such as company name, contact details, shipping addresses, and payment details) strictly to process your orders and optimize our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your business data to third parties.
Product Safety & Compliance: All products are manufactured in compliance with international cosmetics standards (including [GMPC / ISO 22716]). The raw ingredients we source undergo strict quality control and safety assessments. However, the Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the final customized products comply with the specific cosmetics safety and registration regulations of their destination market.
DEMANDES DE RENSEIGNEMENTS SUR LES VENTES EN GROS ET EN VRAC (OEM/ODM)
All bulk production and custom contract manufacturing services are subject to the following B2B commercial terms:
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): All custom formulation runs and private label orders are subject to strict MOQs, which vary based on product type, packaging complexity, and ingredient specifications. MOQs will be clearly specified in your official quotation.
Pricing & Quotations: Wholesale and manufacturing quotes are valid for [30 days] from the date of issuance. Prices are subject to adjustment thereafter based on global raw material, packaging, or currency fluctuations.
Payment Terms: Unless otherwise negotiated and agreed upon in writing, all wholesale and manufacturing orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to the commencement of raw material procurement and production. The remaining 50% balance must be settled in full before the shipment leaves our factory.
Production Tolerance: Due to the technical nature of chemical batching and automated cosmetic filling, the final yield of mass production may vary by [±5% to ±10%]. The Buyer agrees to accept and be invoiced for the actual quantity produced within this industry-standard tolerance range.
